Avi Glickman – Program Director

faces-aviAvi received his bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in criminal justice from West Chester University and his master’s degree in educational leadership from Immaculata University. He completed coursework in applied behavior analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology and obtained board certification as a Behavior Analyst in 2012. Avi holds dual certifications in special and general education. Since 2002, he has been working with individuals diagnosed with a variety of emotional, behavioral, and cognitive impairments. Avi began working with adolescents and adults on the autism spectrum in community-based education programs in 2006. He has presented and conducted workshops at several prestigious local, national, and international conferences. Among other topics, Avi has often been invited to speak about the use of technology to promote skill acquisition, independence, and social acceptance.

Thomas Zane - Ph.D, BCBA-D – Clinical Director

staff-zaneDr. Thomas Zane is a Professor of Education and Director of the Applied Behavior Analysis Online Program at the Institute for Behavioral Studies, Van Loan Graduate School, Endicott College. Dr. Zane earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in psychology at Western Michigan University and his doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis at West Virginia University. He has served as a Post-Doctorate Research Associate at the University of Massachusetts, Professor at Mount Holyoke College, and Johns Hopkins University Department of Psychiatry. He is a licensed psychologist in New York and Massachusetts. Dr. Zane has published in various journals and books, presented at regional, national, and international conferences, and been an invited lecturer in Ireland and the Republic of China. His research interests include teacher training, staff development, and evidenced-based practice in autism. As part of his duties at Endicott College, he offers a BCBA certificate program through distance learning.

Jessica Zawacki

staff-jessJessica Zawacki is the Senior Behavior Analyst for the PAAL Program in Downingtown PA. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ursinus College in 2008 with minors in both Human Behavioral Studies and Classical Latin. She obtained her master’s degree in Curriculum Instruction Technology and Education in Applied Behavior Analysis from Temple University in 2011, and was Board Certified in Behavior Analysis shortly after completing her coursework. She currently has over 7 years of experience working with adolescents and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She is currently pursuing her Behavior Specialist License and is a first year advanced graduate student in Lehigh University’s doctorate in Special Education program.

Jordan Lutton

staff-jordanJordan Lutton is an Assistant Behavior Analyst at the PAAL Program in Downingtown PA. He received his bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education from Temple University in 2010. He previously worked for Progression’s Companies Inc. for BHRS Wraparound and adult services for 5 years and began working at PAAL in July 2013.

Pat Johnson

staff-patPat Johnson is an Assistant Behavior Analyst at the PAAL Program in Downingtown PA. He received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from West Chester University in 2010. He previously worked for T.W. Ponessa and Associates Counseling Services for a little over a year and began working at PAAL in March 2013. Pat has a little over two years in the field, and is currently pursuing his Masters in Social Work at West Chester University.

Rickiesha March

staff-rickieshaRickiesha March is a Behavior Analyst at the PAAL Program in Downingtown PA. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University in 2010. She obtained her master’s degree in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis from Endicott College in 2013. Rickiesha has completed the necessary coursework and is currently eligible to become Board Certified in Behavior Analysis. She currently has almost 7 years of experience working with adolescents and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She is currently pursuing her Behavior Specialist license.

Ben Kaliner

staff-benBen Kaliner is the Crisis Interventionist for the PAAL Program as well as an Assistant Behavior Analyst. He received his bachelor’s degree in Communications from Bloomsburg University in 2009. He previously worked for Devereux Kanner Center before working at PAAL in 2011. He has recently become a certified trainer in crisis intervention as well as certified in severity of behavior 1 and will be pursing severity of behavior 2. Ben has a little over five years in the field, and is currently pursuing his Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Endicott University.

Ricky Deleguardia

staff-rickyRicky Deleguardia is an Assistant Behavior Analyst at the PAAL Program in Downingtown PA. He received his bachelor’s degree in Humanities and Science from Ithaca College in 2001. He previously worked for Devereux Child Care Development Center for a little over two years and as a Therapeutic Staff Support for over four years before coming to PAAL in November 2008. Ricky has over 11 years of experience working with adolescents and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Murphy Harmon

staff-murphyMurphy Harmon is an Assistant Behavior Analyst at the PAAL Program in Downingtown PA. He received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St Joseph’s University in 2011. He previously worked for Elwyn for two years as a supervisor and Melmark for a little over 3 years and as a residential counselor before coming to PAAL in October 2008. Murphy has over 11 years of experience working with adolescents and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

George Jennings

staff-georgeGeorge Jennings is an Assistant Behavior Analyst at the PAAL Program in Downingtown PA. He received his bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Lock Haven University in 1999. He is currently pursuing his master’s degree in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis from Sage University. He currently has almost 15 years of experience working with adolescents and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Prior to working at PAAL George was employed through Mirth Western Human Services and Home and Community Services. George plans to take his board certification in Behavior Analysis upon the completion of his studies this year.

Eric Shindledecker

staff-ericEric Shindledecker is an Assistant Behavior Analyst at the PAAL Program in Downingtown PA. He received his bachelor’s degree in History from West Chester University in 2007. He is currently pursuing his master’s degree in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis from Sage University. He has almost 6 years of experience working with adolescents and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Prior to working at PAAL Eric taught Social Studies in a High School classroom. Eric plans to take his board certification in Behavior Analysis upon the completion of his studies at the end of the spring semester.

Lena Handley

staff-lenaLena Handley is an Assistant Behavior Analyst at the PAAL Program in Downingtown PA. She received her Associates’s Degree in Liberal Arts from Montgomery County Community College in 2011. Lena began working at PAAL in May 2013. Lena has a little over 10 years in the field, and is currently in her last semester at Penn State University before obtaining her bachelors in Psychology.

Jen Morrison

staff-jenJen Morrison is an Assistant Behavior Analyst at the PAAL Program in Downingtown PA. She received her bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University in 2007. She has been employed through Home and Community Services as a Therapeutic Staff Support for over 6 years and began working at PAAL in March 2010.

Lauren Erion

staff-laurenLauren Erion is the Head Teacher at the PAAL Program in Downingtown PA. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Educational Studies from Cabrini College in 2002. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree from the University of West Florida in Exceptional Students and Applied Behavior Analysis. She has 15 years of experience working in the field and was certified to teach Special Education from Cabrini College in 2005.

Tami Freaney

staff-tamiTami Freaney is the PAAL Program’s Administrative Assistant. She obtained her Paralegal Certificate from Immaculata University in 2002 and worked as a Paralegal from 2002-2010. Since starting at PAAL in November 2010 Tami has taken an advanced course in Microsoft excel. She is also PAAL’s liaison at local Autism related events.

Maurice Hunt

staff-mauriceMaurice Hunt is an Assistant Behavior Analyst Aid. Prior to beginning at PAAL in November 2012 Maurice volunteered at the Coatesville Youth Center. He is currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree in Psychology at West Chester University.

 

Gina Satriale

staff-ginaGina Satriale is an Assistant Behavior Analyst at the PAAL Program in Downingtown PA. She received her bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Psychology from University of Miami in 2012. She previously volunteered in PAAL’s peer mentoring program and began working at PAAL after graduation.  Gina has a little over two years of experience in the field, and is currently pursuing her Masters in Social Service at Bryn Mawr University.

Kaitlin Ross

Kaitlin Ross is a Behavior Analyst at the PAAL Program in Downingtown PA. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from La Salle University in 2002 and was captain of the Women’s Soccer Team. She obtained her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and Human Services with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chestnut Hill College in 2005. Kaitlin completed the necessary coursework and became Board Certified in Behavior Analysis in 2010 from Penn State University. She currently has over 12 years of experience working with adolescents and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She is also licensed as a Behavior Specialist in the state of Pennsylvania.

Kyle Hampton

Kyle Hampton is an Assistant Behavior Analyst Aid. He previously was employed as a bus aid for the Wolfington Bus Company through the Chester Country Child and Career Development Center. Kyle began at PAAL in March 2012.

Jeff Atley

Jeff Atley is an Assistant Behavior Analyst Aid. He previously was employed at Tower Gate Youth and Family in North Carolina. Jeff began at PAAL in November 2011.
